How Roji makes the groups

Random puts every student in a hat. Each shuffle is a fresh draw.
Balanced by level gives every group a mix. Set a level for each student: 1 needs more support, 2 is on track, 3 is ready for more. Levels show only on your setup side.
Shuffle again steers students toward partners they did not have in the last few shuffles.
Rules come first. If a rule can't be met with this group size, Roji says which one.
Privacy: everything stays on this device. Board view, print and copy show group names and student names only.
