Who this notice covers
This notice describes the Roji beta interest form operated by Learn With Roji LLC for U.S. adults aged 18 or older. It does not cover future student accounts or classroom use.
What the form collects
Your email, state, age and residency declarations, beta email preference, and optional promotional email preference. If supplied, we also collect your role, school affiliation and grade bands of interest. We record the submission time and the version of this notice and confirmation wording. Do not submit a child’s name, email or other personal details.
How the information is used
To maintain the beta interest list, contact you about availability and updates, and understand interest by state, school and grade band. Optional promotional email permission is recorded separately. Signing up does not immediately grant beta access.
Storage and service providers
When registration opens, information is stored in the operator’s MongoDB database and processed by the website’s hosting and database providers to operate the signup service. No email delivery provider is connected in this version. This notice must be updated if additional services or uses are introduced.
Retention and requests
The retention period will be published before registration opens.
To request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your email preference, contact privacy@learnwithroji.ai. Contact requests must be reviewed by the operator. The form does not verify school affiliation, email ownership or age independently.
Website services
Google Fonts load from Google services when you visit. This service can receive network information such as your IP address and apply its own policies. Introduction and tool preview videos are served directly by this website. The signup server uses temporary network information to limit repeated submissions; this is not added to the signup record. Hosting providers may maintain operational logs.
Children and eligibility
This interest form is for adults only. If you believe a child’s information was submitted, contact us to request review and deletion. The age and residency checkboxes are self-declarations.
Notice updates
The form records the notice version shown at submission. Material changes to the collection or use of information require an updated notice.
