Weighted grades, what a student needs on the final, and a quick score chart. Nothing to sign up for.
Pick a common scale, then change any minimum percent to match your school. The last letter covers every score below the one above it. Your scale is used on every tab.
Enter each assignment type from your gradebook: how much it counts (weight %), the points possible, and the points the student earned. Replace the example numbers with your own.
Missing work counts as zero in most gradebooks. See what turning it in would do.
Enter the number of questions and how many the student got right.
Add a group for each point value, for example 10 multiple choice at 2 points and 2 short answers at 5 points.
Gave partial credit? Enter decimals in Correct, like 1.5 for one full and one half-right answer.
Uses the grade from the first tab. You can change it here.

Enter the number of questions once. The chart shows the percent and letter grade for every number missed, so you can grade a whole stack of papers without typing in each score. Count the misses on a paper, then find that number on the chart. For example, on a 25-question assignment, 1 missed is 96% (A+) and 2 missed is 92% (A).
