The words ride inside the link itself. Nothing is sent to Roji. Anyone who opens the link or scans the code gets this list, ready to practice.
How the three games work
- Scramble. The letters are mixed up. Tap them in order, or type the word.
- Missing letters. Some letters are hidden. Type the whole word.
- Hear it. Your device says the word. You spell it. It uses a voice that is already on your device.
You get two tries. After that, Roji shows the word so you can look at it and type it. That word comes back at the end of the round. Words you miss go on your tricky words list for one more practice.
For teachers and families
Type the week's list once, then use Copy list link or Show QR code to send it home. Put the QR code on the board, or print the practice sheet, which has the code on it. Students open the list with no login and no typing.
There are no scores to send in, no timers and no leaderboards. Short practice on several days works better than one long session.
