How do the boxes work?

Every card starts in Box 1. When you get a card right, it moves up one box and waits longer before it comes back. When you miss one, it goes back to Box 1 and comes back tomorrow. So you spend your time on the cards you don't know yet.

Say or write your answer first. Then flip the card. Peeking early doesn't build memory.
Be honest. If you had to guess, tap "Not yet". Missing a card is part of how it works.
Box 5 cards come back every 16 days. A card that reaches Box 5 is one you really know.
Sharing a deck shares only the cards. It never shares your boxes or what you missed.
